Honstly, no I wouldn't. I went to drivers education in summer school when I
was younger. If you are being tail gated, you lightly tap the breaks to warn
the other driver that they are close. If I'm on a highway and the speed is
65 mph I go 72mph and have never been pulled over for that. Ovously there
are times where you can't, it did look a bit busy but then again if a cop
comes up behind you like that, I would assume he needs to get by and would
speed up so I could pass the car in front of me vs. slowing down to move
over after.
