While still sexist, preventing is different from actually removing...
Blacking out would at least acknowledge they were there, though I would
still think it was sexist and really asinine.

So if they just blacked out the women you would not see them as sexist
assholes? Only because they photoshopped them out? (a rather easy thing to
do now-a-days) Just wanted to be sure the border of sexist asshole by your
standards. Does it apply to anyone who would remove or otherwise prevent the
display of a woman in their newspaper? (be careful answering this one as it
covers a lot of cultures who would normally be exempt from the label).
