Only when near the city. There's a few sidewalk cafe's at 62ndish and 2nd ave at the 59th street bridge. It's know to be one of the most polluted spots in America because all the buses park there and wait for their turn over the bridge or take breaks. Always leaving the buses running. Even though you can see and smells the diesel fumes there are occasionally people sitting there. Most want to get out or the area as soon as possible.
I'm guessing the constant exhaust from that trailer along with all the the other cars isn't pleasant. Then consider how all the money these folks are paying for a tiny studio. .
