Has anyone heard about this? A car powered by a fuel cell that runs solely on water? Apparently there was a guy in the 90's named Stan Meyer who built something like this, but then he died suddenly, some say by poisoning, and all of his materials, including the car, were stolen the next week. The Internet rumor is that Japan was coming out with this water-powered car and the earthquake/tsunami was retribution and a clear message not to market the car. WTF?
