States that have enacted the common sense of idea of showing a photo ID to vote have gone out of their way to avoid disenfranchising people. Free voter ID's, mobile ID centers that will come to your home, exceptions for people born before a certain year, and so on. "In the other thread someone hinted that 'voter fraud' is a 'made up issue' (definitely a possibility)..I think its also a possibility that 'disenfranchised voters becasue they need ID' is a 'made up' issue as well." Voter fraud is disenfranchisement. It is diluting the strength of one side's vote and increasing the strength of another side.
