States that have enacted the common sense of idea of showing a photo ID to
vote have gone out of their way to avoid disenfranchising people.  Free
voter ID's, mobile ID centers that will come  to your home, exceptions for
people born before a certain year, and so on.

Voter fraud is disenfranchisement.  It is diluting the strength of one
side's vote and increasing the strength of another side.
