No. If you unclench your bung hole and read what I wrote, it's not an argument for, simply a point of fact. Further your wiki study ... I can't believe someone actually paid people for that waste of effort ... maybe next they can calculate the right tax rate for Mars rocks. I wonder why college costs so much anyway? In any event, what they totally ignore is what this is likely to do to incentives and behavior and how that would start their little study on fire. And all of that ignores the political realities such as states with sales tax shoving the knife in this idea. So I get it, you like the idea, but realize it has zero probability of ever becoming law. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:339812 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
