Netscape usability is lower as that of IE. Mozilla on the other hand is 
better. From a functionality point of view I really don't understand why 
Netscape would want to strip such extremely usefull features as the 
ability to block pop-under ads, block images from certain servers etc. 
 From a business point of view it probably has got something to do with 
their own advertising campaigns.
