Yep. In most games I have watched, I have seen more 'dives' than goals.

I was not trying not make it sem like I though Team USA was innocent -
if I did, I apologize. This is more about the sport in general. And,
yes, I would say she is just as guilty of cheating (in my mind) as
anyone else. I feel the same way about players on the New York Giants
(my team) who try to 'sell' a pass interference call or 'go to the
ground' when pushed by an opposing player after the play.

I have tried, honestly I have. I just can't get past the bullshit - to
me, the flagrant attempt at cheating is just...deplorable.

I have had conversations with people who discount American football
because of the 'protective equipment' the players are required to wear
or because of the 'stoppage of play' after each play - both of which
are governed by the rules - but have no issues with 'taking a dive' -
which is, technically, a violation of the rules - or so I am told. :D
