I'd say a comma as you aren't defining Great Book, you're really
extending it with a clause.

So it would be: Great book, if a little biased against corporations and PC.

On the other hand, a slight rewording would also allow you to use a
semicolon, like so:

Great book; a little biased against corporations and PC, perhaps.

In the case of the semicolon, it works because they are each
independent clauses but about a related topic.
