I had a great Saturday in Oregon once. I woke up looking at the ocean (camped in a yurt on the beach) and went kayaking and swimming. The water was cold and the air was hot. I then drove home, but stopped on the way and went mountain biking. The air was cool, so the ride was pleasant. I had a late lunch at home, then went snowboarding up on Mt Hood. A little crunchy, but fun. I ended the day with a couple mile hike up a mountain, and camped on the shore of a mountain lake (Mirror Lake).
Can't do most of that in Boston. I sometimes miss being 3 hours or less from any climate I could want. Last weekend when it was 86 degrees in fairbanks we drove 1/2 hour out of fairbanks and there was snow. ______________________________________________________________________ This list and all House of Fusion resources hosted by CFHosting.com.
