Last night, a week after the one-year anniversary of the Dodd-Frank Act being passed into law, the The Daily Show With John Stewart ran an update on what has happened with the legislation so far. The update featured an interview with the Dodd-Frank legislation itself, personified by correspondent John Oliver in a costume meant to look like a beat-up version of a School House Rock cartoon character<http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mEJL2Uuv-oQ>. Although the update doesn't have anything good to say about the progress of Dodd-Frank so far, it does what The Daily Show does best -- comically summarizes the pain points of a complicated government situation.
