I like WinMerge over Beyond Compare. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles (ftp for instance), but its very robust and fairly fast. Here's an off the wall suggestion, BadBoy http://www.badboy.com.au. This tool combines a capture/replay style testing tool with live diagnostics on the activities your browser is performing while you navigate your site. You can save where you went in a script for later replay, or for export to load testing applications like JMeter.
