I asked my wife and she said, "semen and nipple stimulation, it helps
finish stalled labor. She wants that fucking baby out of there." She
is a professional in this area, I might add.

Beyond that, I'd recommend a pedicure. At that stage of pregnancy, it
is hard to see your toes let alone take care of them. The thought of
having something in shape and positive going on down there when it
comes time to push a baby out is a proper treat.

Post partum, do you have a doula? Someone who can help the transition
to being parents at home, helping with laundry, some meals perhaps,
advice on getting a good latch with the baby, just easing the
transition to settle in.

Obviously the anniversary is somewhat being pushed into the background
by the impending birth and that's ok. A little card and a snuggle with
eyes locked on that says, "I'm happy to have had the last 10 years
with you and can't wait to have the next 10 with you. Becoming parents
is only the most recently exciting part of our journey together and
I'm positively giddy. You rock my world and I can't wait to do this
together."

Cheers,
judah
