Microsoft research has a new research project called holodesk. Yes, that's desk, not deck. Nothing exceptionally new here as we've seen interactive 3d stuff before but it's a nice attempt. It'll still be 100 odd years before we get to play with it...unless there's a real market for it somewhere. If someone can make money off of it, we'll have it for our next birthday. (yeh, right)

Affordable ones, not the $1000 stuff that's been available for the last 20 years (literally). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:343940 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
