probably not by this time. but think of it a junk pile almost as large as California slowing bearing down on the region. Most of the coastline on the west of Vancouver island is really difficult to get to. This is going to be a real ugly cleanup. Then what doesn't hit Vancouver Island lands on Washington, Oregon and Northern California. Not fun at all.
