On a flight from Las Vegas, Massachusetts resident Rebecca Hains carry-on cupcake was confiscated by authorities at checkpoint. The frosting was deemed to be a gel and exceeded the allowed three ounces permitted for carry-on. The TSA stands by their decision to not allow the cupcake on the flight.
