Sam do you understand what women's health is? Or what the mission of
the Koman foundation is? Its not just funding for cancer research. All
in all about 17% of the money raised by the Komen foundation goes to
cancer research, while another 13% goes for preventative services
which includes breast exams as a part of women's health.

BTW the rest of the money (70%) taken in by the fundraising foundation
goes to administration and expenses. That includes half million dollar
salaries for Founder Nancy Brinker, and almost that much for Senior
Vice President Karen Handel, a failed Georgia Republican gubernatorial
candidate who called for de-funding Planned Parenthood before being
hired by Komen. Former Bush spokesman Ari Fleisher is on the board and
also on retainer for communications and PR.

So it seems to be a nice sinecure for a bunch of failed republicans.
