Here's the thing:

(1.) We'll never know why Bush invaded Afghanistan and Iraq.  We can guess and 
speculate and argue, but we'll never know.

(2.) What we can and do know is that a guy who couldn't be more different from 
Bush, a guy who voted against Iraq invasion, a guy who campaigned against it, a 
guy who's taken a huge political hit for it ... Not only has supported it in 
office, but doubleded down on the policy.

That should tell us something very very scary is happening; something that 
can't be made public. Thus no prosecutions.

Something so scary that philosophy turns to atoms under its weight.

I wonder what it is?
