Montgomery County, Texas, was super psyched to be the first police force in the US to get spend $300,000 (go fiscal conservatism!) on an unmanned aerial drone. So they made a nice photo op with the county SWAT team and brought in people to watch them put it through it's paces. Unfortunately for them, the controller lost communication with the drone soon after it was launched...and the drone crashed right into the SWAT team's armored vehicle. D'oh.
