Basically, it is a DHTML application that will dynamically
generate your DOM tree, so you can debug your apps that access it. It's
a free download. You have to upload it to the webserver from where you
wish to run it. Then, you simply load it in your browser, point it to
your page, and expand the DOM tree, which will show the structure of
your HTML."
