oh I agree. Just saying, in case anyone was thinking that all the media coverage was having no effect. There are a lot of towns like Sanford, but maybe it will lead to some decision-makers getting religion and deciding that they don't want national and international media talking about what rednecks they are.
For the record, I think being killed because of your skin color (or gender, or Jewishness) is worse than being killed for acting like an asshole in someone's estimation. You had some control over the way you acted. Dead is dead, sure. But imagine what this kid was thinking as he died. Nobody should have to die that way.
