Yes. And Eye of the Beholder and Ravensloft. One of my favorites from the era was Megatraveller 1: The Zhodani Conspiracy. Games improved quickly over a short time period. I can remember thinking how cool Baldur's Gate was. I just finished Skyrim recently. The game is a time sink. You can spend hours upon hours upon hours playing it.
