It's true that the men should not have been present during the search, but if you look at the video, the woman being searched was the VICTIM in this case, not the offender. There was a whole chain of mistakes in this case, starting with arresting the wrong person. However, even if they did arrest the right person, and needed to do a strip search, the men should absolutely not conducted the search.
