I'm so glad this wasn't in effect when I was a kid. I started doing all this at 9 until my 20's. Driving tractors (my first tractor at age 9 was a John Deere 4010), feeding livestock, helping run machinery, holding calves for vet inspection, bailing hay, helping build barns, you name it. Damn. those were some of the best years of my life. The Government is so fecking stupid sometimes.
