The House of Representatives passed H.R. 5652, the Sequester Replacement
Reconciliation Act of 2012, on May 10 with 218 voting yea, 199 voting nay
and 1 present. Although the Senate is unlikely to take up this bill, these
types of cuts to vital safety net programs will continue to be a basis for
debate throughout the year.

Until I see an actual House Resolution # and section/paragraph references I
look at all of these statements as "floor banter"... that is crap that
politicians throw out as media sound bytes from the floor of the House.

And yes, they stand on the floor and lie there butts off, both sides do,
since none of them are sworn to tell the truth in the chamber. They can
take any bit of innuendo or inference and bend it so far it'll look like a
9 strand braid!

Yes, I searched for something with a reference. No, I didn't find it.
Doesn't mean it isn't out there, but even if it is, that doesn't mean it
says what they say it says.

Until Later!
