While I agree that these arrests are problematic, the article never
mentions the F.B.I., and the suspects are being held on state charges, so
mentioning the F.B.I. in your title is polemic and misleading.

This is one of my issues with underground journalism and new media.  If
those of us that are worried about what is going on want to be taken
seriously we need to be careful about sources as well as using rhetoric
when the truth is scary enough.
