You probably have the same gotcha in 10 64 bit that you have in 9 64 bit with COM objects as that was a MS thing...so if you are going from a lower version, like 7 into 10, those will have to be replaced. The DBType attribute in CFQuery is only used if it is a Query on Query. Anything else will throw an error (it used to be ignored up until 9). I have done a few upgrades to 9 over the past couple of years. If there are no changes from 9-10, then 8 or lower into 10 should only really have these.
