If they choose not to do their duty and uphold the Constitution, Szabo said, they can be brought up on charges before whats called a citizens grand jury, which is something thats not that common in the United States. But again, it is something based in common law thats within the purview of the county sheriff.
These are the guys giving the patriot movement a bad name. Undereducated, misinformed. This is part and parcel of the sovereign person and tax protester groups. They make up garbage and make the rest of us that have actually read some of the laws he's talking about look bad. I have no major problems with people I don't agree with. I certainly never shot Larry :) I just don't get where these people are coming from. Abortion is legal. Abortion needs to be legal. I think at the state level, but that's an argument for another time.
