Not wearing clothing is not a problem, you should be thankful you have what you have and if you believe in god, he did not cloth adam and eve. So go to church in anything or nothing, just remember to be respectful to the people around you. I am not of any religion so I cant say it's the way or not for all but I read the bible once and don't recall clothing being a part of life outside of not wearing womens clothing or mens depending on sex.
