"So, the debate didn't go as well as planned?"

Was anyone really surprised by the outcome?

I've really enjoyed watching the left turn on Obama. That has been quite
humorous. The excuses are great as well. Really Al Gore? The altitude.
Really DNC? Romney was too mean and too aggressive. Comedy gold.

Wait until Obama loses the election. The left and the media will eat him
alive. The vetting that should have taken place five years ago will
finally take place.

As for Sesame Street, I can't understand why they need money. A huge line
of toys, dvd's, tapes, clothes, and so on. Then PBS has ads, I mean
underwriting. Finally, according to former NPR VP Ron Schiller, NPR
doesn't need the money.

"Republicans play off the belief among the general population that most of
our funding comes from the government. Very little of our funding comes
from the government, but they act as if all our funding comes from the
government. It is very clear that in the long run we would be better off
without federal funding. "

Ron, I couldn't have said it better.

The problem is, is that the way Bush has done it over the last eight years
is to take out a credit card from the Bank of China in the name of our
children, driving up our national debt from $5 trillion for the first 42
presidents - #43 added $4 trillion by his lonesome, so that we now have
over $9 trillion of debt that we are going to have to pay back -- $30,000
for every man, woman and child. That's irresponsible. It's unpatriotic. -
Barack Obama

Today I'm pledging to cut the deficit we inherited by half by the end of my
first term in office. - Barack Obama
