I think the big flaw in Gov. Romney's plan is the 'we will let Congress work together to figure out the details' part.
While I applaud his notion that Congress can do the right thing by the country, its record speaks for itself. It can't. Members of Congress only care about those who fill their campaign coffers, not anyone else, really. Not to mention that 'compromise' no longer exists on Capitol Hill. Rather one side threatens the other until they give in to their demands.
