Sept 12th speech in the rose garden on the attacks in Libya, and only the attacks in Libya he does not mention any of the other riots at all in the speech. But I guess the truth wasn't "optimal". A spontaneous attack does not consist of fire and maneuver supported by indirect fire and RPGs. They had names and targets on the quick, and they lied about it, and they still haven't nailed anyone.
