For what it's worth, I believe that sex with animals is not illegal in all 50 states. Looking it up (so you don't have to) it seems that it is illegal in 37 states with 20 being misdemeanors and 17 being felonies. I remember when there was a case in Oregon awhile back and people realized that there wasn't actually a law against it and the legislature rushed to make one. Didn't encounter a whole lot of organized opposition, as I recall.
