No, only my own scheduled jobs.

After an initial setup by me customers use cfregistry to manipulate 
their own scheduled tasks (for some weird reason cfschedule requires 
Full Control over the entire registry tree to work, and that would be 
something of a security risk). So that indeed works through the 
scheduling engine of CF, but still doesn't use cfschedule.
