Yes it's a photo op, but a ton more people are going to show up with good
to donate just to see him, and say they did it with him.

It's a trade off.

Both sides are guilty of similar tactics and in this election the
complaints I'm seeing all of you making are astonishing to me. While 16
year old American citizens can be murdered in "profile" based drone
attacks, rather than named actionable "personality" attacks, we've gone too
far. When a commanding general is relieved because he felt it was his duty
to disobey an order from a commander in chief that is often far outside the
limits imposed by the constitution it is telling.

Violent invasions costing us billions of dollars and thousands of our best
and brightest without declaration of war. Articles doing away with due
process, freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, the right to keep and bear
arms, repeated attempts at redress of grievances, denying us our property,
to be secure in our persons, tapping us, watching us, even killing us.

The evils of the forfeiture system, eminent domain abuses, trials held in
secret, or not held at all. Excessive bail? I can show people I know that
have been hammered, but I'm sure you all can to, and for minor or non
infraction when you look at things with a rational mind.

Finally the 10th. It has never been amended, never been over turned. It
is still a foundational part; a required part, of getting this document
ratified.

In case you couldn't tell I went an read the bill of rights and listed off
all the things that came to mind, documented and true and open source that
have been done in our name. Now let's see if you can guess which document
I'm using for inspiration for my next rant, because when you are making a
valid complaint it's important that you be open as to your causes.

- They have refused to reform laws that the majority of people want changed
(cannabis, patriot act/ndaa/fisa and so on)
- They have used money, power and promises of advancement/threats to
advancement to so-opt local and state politicians and political system into
falling in line on issues like drinking age, education standards, gun laws,
drug policy and many other issues
- They have used redistricting to make large districts of people
disenfranchised and remove from them any real hope of representation in the
legislature or executive, and so in the judiciary. They have furthered
this with abuses of the system of the electoral college, the system of
congressional apportionment, and the restrictive state and federal 2 party
systems.
- They have called together legislative bodies at places unusual,
uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for
the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.
- They have attacked, arrested and even killed petitioners, activists and
whistle blowers in numbers greater than ever before, for crimes imagined
and invented.
- They have refused to conduct honest and thorough investigations and
prosecutions of elected and public officials even when shown bold and
blatant evidence of wrongdoing.
- They have used their influence to cause private million and billion
dollar criminals to walk away with their ill gotten gains.
- They have obstructed the administration of justice, by refusing to hear
cases, by appointing judges based on party and affiliation, by disallowing
jury nullification.
- They have erected a multitude of new offices, and sent hither officers to
harass our people.
- They have for many years now kept among us standing Armies, in times of
peace, without our thought, much less consent.
- They have affected to make the military independent of and superior to
the civil authority, through the NDAA, the misuse of military forces
domestically, the lack of declarations of war, and the legislatures total
failure to oversee power grabbing presidents.
- They have combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign
to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to
their Acts of pretended Legislation: in the United Nations, the IMF, World
Bank, and the Federal Reserve.
- For basically destroying our ability to trade with the rest of the world
- For imposing increasing tax burdens on us
- For now having the legal framework to deprive us of the benefits of trial
by jury
- For trying us for pretend offenses
- For altering fundamentally the forms and structures and limits of our
government
- For investing themselves with powers not enumerated nor granted in the
constitution or amendment
- They have abdicated government here by beginning to wage a war against
us. A quiet, cold, dirty little war where first the destroy your name, and
go after your sanity; then lock you away or marginalize you. They go
against the principle of self ownership by telling us what we can and
cannot ingest into our selves. They use these so called "crimes" to limit
advancement and access to goods and services and liberties. They take our
rights to defend our selves, they take our property, and sometimes they
take our very lives.
- They have plundered our bank accounts, ravaged our investments, burnt
down our industries, and destroyed the lives and livelihood of many of our
people
- They have excited domestic division and insecurity among us, and have
endeavored to bring us one upon the other, so we may not raise our head and
see the men behind the curtain

As all of these things happened we've written petitions, filed law suits,
and ran candidates to try and change things. All of these measures have
been met with nothing, through corruption and abuse of power. A government
whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is
unfit to be the champion of a free people.

I've been tryign to warn all you people that something is coming, that
things are speeding up. That no matter which one of the tools wins, we all
lose. I've pointed, prodded, and cajoled. Reasoned and ranted. Bu no,
like screaming at the wall, you're deaf to the voice of justice.

I just hope we can avoid being enemies in war, and stay friends in peace.

I'm not declaring anything, but the time is coming, and it's coming fast.
