First thing I would do is get this all documented and get to the family
court judge as soon as possible so they know you are not just trying to skip
out on paying child support. The will give you the big green weenie wrapped
is sandpaper if you don't. My wife has been there and has several merit
badges. I would file a complaint about this Wanda chick. If her supervisor
doesn't take action, then work your way up the food chain. Eventually
someone is going to be like why the fuck and I dealing with this and start
rolling heads. You might want to go to a local VA assistance commision (it
may be called something else if you have this). They are usually at the
county level and are not part of the VA (they are usually charity orgs).
They may know who to talk to at the VA to find out what is going on or know
lawyers that work pro-bono for vets dealing with this. If you are part of a
vets organization...get with them. They usually have liaisons at the local
VAMC if they don't have a local office or a post.

Subject: I need some help

Ok, so you guys no about the VA and the Fiduciary program and everything.
I mainly bitched about the gun thing, because I didn't think the rest of it
would effect me really.

well it turns out I was wrong. I've been waiting for about a year now to
get $35,000 in back pay. Since Jan. 2012 when my disability rating was
raised to 100% and back dated to 2006. At this point I was not in the
fiduciary system, not even in the process to be put in the system. That
started in Feb. and didn't take effect until July. I wasn't assigned an
actual fiduciary until Sept. 2012. I was told initially I would have
access to these funds and my basic monthly by the 1st of Dec.

In order to plan my move and start looking at who gets paid off and stuff I
contacted my fiduciary today. She told me I might not be getting paid in
Dec at all. I guess she needs to get a bond once she receives my funds.
This is going to potentially cost me criminal charges and jail time. I have
child support, I have bills.

ok, so here is the break down:

jan 2012- found to be 100% disabled, back pay awarded feb 2012- someone
somewhere asked that I be added to the fiduciary program, I was never
notified july 2102- Added to the program, notified, told I didn't have 2nd
amendment rights sept 2012- Fiduciary assigned

Now here's my thing, what legal right does the VA have to be withholding
these funds? I ws not in the fiduciary program when I was awarded them.

Ok, I can deal with all this. I figured let me call the VA and see what
they say. My appointed field examiner (Wanda Kuznar, [email protected])
has refused to answer my questions, yelled at me, and finally hung up on me
when I asked to speak with her supervisor. I spent all day trying to call
around different VA offices to no effect. I was either hung up or it went
to a fast busy signal.

It seems my only recourse at this point is through the courts. I need an
attorney that can work federally, and will either do so pro bono or getting
paid once they win.

If you guys know anyone, please point them my way.

Thanks.
