I think the Union probably sees this as a "win" because they didn't back down, and the members obviously see this as a loss because they don't have a job anymore. In the end the company will be liquidated, which just means that the brand could be sold to another company and now they will be called Kellogg's Twinkies or something. I imagine the Union contract is broken at that point but I am not sure if the buyer would also have Unions inside or how that would work. Many of the workers are likely to get rehired by the new company too, I suspect. Unless they move manufacturing elsewhere. -Cameron ... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:358417 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
