I'm not saying you are wrong.

I am *hoping* you are wrong.

I may be completely wrong in being optimistic.

You are probably better informed than I on the situation 
in Israel.

Time will tell.

I'm just very tired and sad about all the killing (both 
sides).

I'm also torn between the "Jewish biblical homeland" 
argument about Judea and Samaria ("West Bank"), and 
the gut-level feeling that the Jewish settlers should be 
removed as a "thorn" in the Palestinian side.

But then I wonder if there were a real state for the 
Palestinians, would there be peace, and doubt that.
