I've never seen the words executive order in the constitution and I don't
care what other people have also violated the constitution.  I'm trying to
deal with this administration and it's very real threats to liberty.  Bush
has nothing to do with this conversation, and I will be the first to tell
you I feel that Regan violated the constitution both with the air traffic
controllers strike and the 86 machine gun law.  That being said even
Jefferson, Washington and Adams occasionally operated outside the
constitution, and needed to be brought back into line.  Look at the alien
and sedition act, or the wiskey and shay's rebellion.
