That's been debunked dozens of times. We have a higher infant death rate because we count infant deaths at births while other countries don't count them as infants until they're a few days old, or something like that.
Also, you have to account for immigration, we have a much higher rate of immigrants that are not from the high-income countries that will skew the overall picture. .
