Now I'm just amused. The dear state representative for our district, a truly brain dead teahadi knee jerk wingnut who claims to be a republican, has managed to get his pride and joy bill out of committee and to a floor vote. This bill creates no new jobs nor does it make things better for business, nor promote educational improvements or public safety etc. This bill would rehave quire Virginia to set up its own gold back currency. To say I am astounded and flabbergasted is an understatement. Every time when I think the political class hits rock bottom someone proceeds to dig deeper. I wasn't expecting the hole in my back yard though.
