there is no excuse for shooting innocent people. Any sympathy I might have
had stopped then and there. Moreover going after the families of police
(and in this case the officer who represented him at the dismissal hearing)
is even worse.

Besides tactics are very different moving from streets to bush.

At this point he'll probably go for suicide by police, and just try to take
out as many as he can.
