Yeah, Inman Park Properties bought a bunch of historic properties and let
them rot. I think they've pretty much all gone into forclosure and been
sold at this point, but some may not have.

Yeah there are. The Bass Lofts near L5P are a cool project. They (APS) are
also talking about opening the historically significant Howard property
(MLK's old school) as a school again to deal with from crowding problems in
the area.

Neah - HOF is all Michael Dinowitz. CF-Talk use to be run by someone else.
Tac I think, for a short time before Michael took the reigns. I did start
ACFUG back in 1998, so that could be what you remember.

You're more than welcome to come down for a lunch anytime. They also do a
CFLunch at Perimeter (next is tomorrow), though I usually don't go to that
one since I do the Midtown one and Perimeter is a little out of my way (but
not as far as you are).

If you play foosball at all, you definitely need to come down. We have a
table in the office and I am always looking for new victims.
