You got to do the ingredients right. I'd start off with Bushmills 21 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey (amazing stuff), and use Wallingford Estate Jamacian Blue Mountain Coffee. And make your own whipped cream. Every St. Patrick's friends get together for Irish Coffee (much better than green beer). After 2 or 3 of these (especially the way I make them) you'd look like that Irish owl as well.
