This article appears to focus on legal immigrants, and I don't think anyone 
really has much of a problem with legal immigration since we are a nation on 
immigrants.

People who complain about 'not paying a fair share' usually are talking about 
immigrants who are in the country illegally (which this report doesn't seem to 
be about).
