What your seeing in that article is more than a rundown on the victim of a terrorist
attack, it's an attempt by CNN to alter its practices. They've been accused by many
people of being very one sided in their reporting of terrorist attacks and basically
everything in the middle east. It got to the point where the major Israeli television
stations are moving to add FoxNews to their broadcast and maybe even removing CNN.
This of course has shocked CNN and they're scrambling to make changes. You can read
about it some here:

One of the things they did do, which I guarantee will be removed when the Arab press
and associations start complaining is this:
http://www.cnn.com/SPECIALS/2002/terror.victims/page1.html
It details those killed in terrorist attacks since Jan 15, 2002. It gives the names,
occupations and where they were killed. In the past, CNN did the same basic thing for
all of the suicide bombers, shooters, etc. Looking at all the people and realizing
that this is just since January is a scary thing, especially if you know people or
have relatives in Israel.
(My brother in law and his family live in a city that was under terrorist alert today)
