This is exactly how our last house search went. We went online, browsed all
the listings, picked out 3 or 4 houses we wanted to see the next Saturday,
sent the list to the agent....he set it up...out we went.

The days of you telling an agent what you want, and them doing the leg work
and coming back to you with listings...is gone.
