So, I have to go along with the writer of this story. This chick is stupid
at best for thinking that anything that she puts on Facebook is totally
secure. Especially with Facebook's convoluted privacy mechanisms. And the
fact that FB regularly updates/"improves" their privacy settings with
little to no advance notice, requiring user's to go back in yet again and
adjust their settings. I guess that's why I don't post pics on FB that
could be used against me later on.

And, as the writer said, if she were so keen on her privacy, why is she
suing and making this whole ordeal a public spectacle? I had never seen
this picture until this story broke, and I am sure that thousands of others
can say the same thing. Now thousands or millions of people are seeing this
picture.

And what is it about this picture that makes her lawyer state that this is
making it seem like she is "a promiscuous abuser of alcohol"? I can't make
out what's in the Snoops hand. Maybe that is alcohol? If anything, by
posing next to a cardboard cutout of Snoop, it would make her a promiscuous
promoter of weed, since that's what Snoop is notorious for.

Again the writer hits the nail on the head saying that at most this picture
looks like she is having "fun", most notably because this picture was
allegedly taken on a family vacation.

What I wonder is this though. Prospective or current employers have been
known to check the social media sites to see what you've been up to,
especially during your super awesome college years where I guess you should
have pictures of you with your nose in your philosophy book or hanging out
with your local chess club instead of showing you with your mouth on the
receiving end of a huge beer bong. God forbid you look like you actually
had fun while learning. Does that mean that if they don't hire you, or they
terminate your employment because of your extracurricular activities, you
should sue them? Of course whether this is legal or not doesn't matter,
because we all know that all a prospective employer has to do is say
"thanks, but we found someone more qualified for the position". Or they can
work hard to find something to fire you on if you already have a job.
