Well, I do tend to move the goalie around a good bit, but my far side is
the opponent's close side. If I don't have anything better to do with him,
he sits on the far side. Especially if I'm taking my hand off that post.

Really, that was simple advice for a newbie. Usually people develop their
own style after awhile.

Getting a little sideways tic-tac going between your offensive players can
really make an opponent crazy too, but I find it hard to maintain without
losing control.

Another good one is a tap back and forth to the 5-man. Just enough to get
your opponent to think twice and take his hand off a post, then you STRIKE!
Really, anything I can do to convince my opponent to switch his hand
between posts is a win in my book since he's momentarily focusing on two
things.
