You rally shouldn't. But if he was not a trained responder, he would likely
be covered under any 'good Samaritan' laws Florida may have.

Having never worked as an EMS worker in Florida, I cannot say if they do or
do not, but I believe all 50 states have some kind of 'good Samaritan' law.
